Portland State University is located in Portland, Oregon, one of the best cities in the United States. It offers degrees in almost every academic field and is affordable, with scholarships for international students available. The SAT is not required for students coming from other countries, and there are four chances to start every year (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer). PSU awards 45 quarter credits for an IBDP of 30 or higher, as well as our maximum merit scholarship and a waiver of our TOEFL/IELTS requirement. PSU also offers university credit for A and AS Level results, and for AP results. Portland is a beautiful, green and quirky city. It's known for music, art, great food and coffee!
